Convention Buses
NCVB provides convention buses upon request for meetings, under certain conditions, as one of our support services.

Shuttle Bus
Provide Shuttle buses between convention halls for conventions with over 1,000 participants dispersed between more than two (2) sites.
(Seating capacity: Approx. 50 per bus)
Support limit is 500,000 yen

Excursion Bus
Provide up to two (2) sightseeing buses for excursions to conventions with 100 or more participants. (Seating capacity: Approx. 45 per bus)

“Welcome Signs” for Taxis
Affix Welcome Signs on taxi doors for conventions with over 1,000 participants or for international conventions
“Welcome Posters” in Shopping Areas
Place Welcome Posters in each shopping area for conventions with over 1,000 participants or international conventions
Install “Welcome Board”
Install Welcome Boards at Zenkoji Temple’s Main and East entrances as well as at the convention site
“Welcome Tower”
Install Welcome Tower at the convention site when the participants exceed 8,000 people
Meeting Room Signage
Set up boards for either “Welcome” or “Themes” at meeting room sites and/or inside the convention hall

Amenities for Participants
Provide our Nagano City Guidebook and Gourmet Restaurant Guide including a tote bag for convention participants (Tote bag: First 2000 bags are free. A minimal charge will be assessed for 2001 and more bags.)
